What we do

CoreInnovate works exclusively with payment gateways, wallet platforms, fintech companies, and transaction processors. Our work spans architecture re-design, scalability engineering, infrastructure optimization, platform rescue, managed operations, and AI automation — all applied specifically to payment and fintech systems.

We do not build marketing websites, general enterprise software, or SaaS products. Our team's experience is deep in the specific engineering challenges of systems that move money: ledger design, PSP integration reliability, transaction throughput, observability for financial systems, and the operational maturity that compliance and uptime SLAs require.

We start by looking at what's actually there

Most engagement failures begin with assumptions. We start every engagement by reviewing the real system — not the architecture diagram — before proposing any solution.

We fix the immediate risks before optimizing

Stability before performance. An unstable system that's been optimized is still an unstable system. We establish a safe baseline before pursuing improvement.

We leave systems in better operational shape than we found them

Documentation, runbooks, monitoring, and release processes are part of the deliverable. We do not consider an engagement complete until the client can operate the platform without us.

Our team

Our engineering team has backgrounds in payment system architecture, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and financial platform operations. Team members have worked in or alongside payment gateways, core banking systems, wallet platforms, and fintech infrastructure and bring direct experience with the constraints and trade-offs specific to transaction-critical systems.

Architecture Lead

Specializes in distributed systems design and payment platform re-architecture. Prior experience includes high-scale transaction processing systems.

Platform Engineering

Infrastructure, cloud operations, and DevOps for financial platforms. Focused on deployment reliability, cost optimization, and operational maturity.

Integration Engineering

PSP, banking, and FX integration design and implementation. Experience with multi-rail payment architectures and third-party compliance integrations.

AI & Automation

Applied AI for engineering and operations workflows. Focus on practical automation of payment operations tasks: reconciliation, monitoring, incident management.

Our team is based in Dubai and operates across Gulf, European, and South Asian time zones. Clients across MENA and Europe work with us directly.

Engagement-based

We work on fixed-scope engagements, time-and-materials projects, and ongoing managed services retainers depending on the nature of the work.

No lock-in

We design engagements so clients can operate independently at the end. We deliver documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational tooling as part of every engagement.
